Indian Government takes some major steps to promote innovation and startups
in the country. For Teachers, Professors, and Researchers, it is essential to know
how to go through the new ideas and file application for registration of
Intellectual Property in an appropriate legal manner.
This course will help to learn essential & practical aspects of IPR, analysis of a new
idea, patent, design, infringement analysis, etc., which form a strong foundation to work in the industry. This course is mainly useful for candidates registered for
Ph.D. or teachers, as learning about intellectual property creation and patent-
related searches helps them to identify the problem for doctoral studies and
research and thereby helping them to identify the right subject and also avoid
